Independently-organized but inspired by Maker Faire and MAKE magazine, Tampa Bay Mini Maker Faire is a family friendly community event that brings together science, art, craft, homesteading and engineering , music, food, and more, showcasing and celebrating the inventive spirit and the amazing work of all kinds of makers across Tampa Bay and beyond. Or, as the Tampa Bay Times put it last year – It’s like science fair meets carnival!Exhibits that are interactive or highlight the process of making things are especially desired.
